The history of mankind is significantly documented in the holdings of archives and libraries. Saving the original recorded history from catastrophes of any kind is one of the central tasks of our organisation, especially when the work of conservators is essential for the long term preservation of the originals, which contain information in text and images, as well as the material on which it is recorded.
Natural disasters (earthquakes, flooding etc.) and societal challenges (armed conflicts and civil unrest) make quick and appropriate intervention increasingly important.

A work plan is then drawn up, the necessary means and methods are brought together, everything necessary is organized, and - off we go. Essential is the well-functioning interaction of organizers in Austria and our specialists worldwide.
